General Measures helping ALL symptoms
Weight loss
Exercise
Low Glycemic Diet
Glucophage SR (500mg daily up to 2000mg daily)
Irregular period
Celine (x1 to x4 tablets daily)
Inofolic Acid (x1 to x2 sachets daily)
Oral Contraceptive Pill
At least a period every 4 months is ABSOLUTELY required. This is so in order to reduce the risk of endometrial cancer. If there is no period within four months then an induced period can be achieved using Duphaston (x1 pill twice daily for 7 days)
Hirsutism & Acne
Celine (x1 to x4 tablets daily)
Inofolic Acid (x1 to x2 sachets daily)
Oral Contraceptive Pill
Spirolone (counting Spirinolactine which is an anti androgen, reducing the levels of testosterone which plays a role on the hirsutism)
Infertility
Clomid (containing clomifene which can induce ovulation)
Use of Ovulation Strips which can more accurately detect the ovulations day
